Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All tags and original packaging are intact

  • The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (such as undergarments, bodysuits, socks, or accessories marked as final sale)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at returns@geed.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and your reason.

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund or exchange status within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@geed.com with images and order details so we can resolve it promptly at no extra cost to you.
